Bought car on finance and its broke 7 times.how do i take finance company to court?in wales uk.?

have been told its finance companys responsibility to replace car or unwind finance.theyve had letter and set amount of days to respond and nothing.trading standards to slow.got 4 kids and no car that works.still paying for it.enough is enough how do i take them to court?help!!

it makes no sense that it would be the financing company%26#039;s responsibility. I live in the US, but it seems to me the fault lies with the person or business that sold you the car, not the one financing it. In the US, we have lemon laws to protect the buyer, but i believe they%26#039;re only applicable to new cars.
